Morning Writing
Students have moved on to writing short sentences and paragraphs. They move to an area of the room that they feel comfortable, we put on relaxing flute music and we write for 3-5 minutes.  The students are given a writing prompt and example to start with.  We are looking for their ideas and thoughts!

Sharing our Ideas!
After the student write their ideas we meet for morning meeting.  During our meeting the students share everything they have written.  It is enjoyable to hear all the great things they share!
